Is it free to look?
Yes. Searching chefs and reading their full profiles, with photos of their food, their experience and their training, is free and needs no account. A hirer account is free too: save chefs, compare them and keep track of who you've contacted. You only pay for a pass when you want to contact chefs.
What do I get for ₦25,000 for 30 days?
For 30 days you can message any chef on Chefmark and see their phone number, email and WhatsApp. One pass covers every chef, so you can talk to a few before you decide.
Does the pass renew by itself?
No. It simply ends after 30 days. If you need another one later, you buy it then.
Do you take a commission on the booking?
No. You agree the menu, the date and the price with the chef, and you pay the chef directly. Chefmark never takes a share.
How do I know a chef is right for me?
Look at their portfolio of food they have really cooked, their specialities, their experience and the areas they cover, then message them with your plans. Some chefs also carry a blue tick, which means we've checked their culinary certificate.
Can my company get an invoice?
Yes. Chefs on Chefmark can send you a proper invoice and receipt for your booking, and we email you a receipt for your pass.
How do I pay, and can I get a refund?
Pay by card through Paystack or by bank transfer. If you change your mind within 24 hours and haven't messaged a chef or viewed their contact details, you get your money back in full.
